AdManage vs Madgicx: an honest, side-by-side comparison.

AdManage vs Madgicx

The Madgicx alternative for teams whose bottleneck is launching.

Madgicx is the AI brain that decides what to change on Meta. AdManage is the engine that ships what you decide, clean and at volume, across eight channels. Different jobs. We win the one that decides your spend.

01 · The 60-second verdict

Pick by your bottleneck, not the brand.

If your problem is "what should I change next on Meta," Madgicx is the better buy, and we will say so plainly. If your problem is "I know what to test, I just can't ship 300 ads a week without errors," you are on the right page. Here's the board on the things that decide how fast and how cleanly you ship.

Flat. Same at $20k or $200k

Spend-banded, auto-tiers up

Two products, two jobs. Madgicx owns the optimization brain. AdManage owns the launch engine. The moment your bottleneck is shipping the work, on Meta and beyond, at volume, with a bill you can forecast, this stops being a close call.

When an optimization suite isn't a launcher

  • Every channel past Meta is a report, not a place you launch.

  • Launching happens in the app, ad by ad, not from your spreadsheet.

  • As your spend climbs, so does the bill, on a tier you don't set.

What launch ops looks like on AdManage

  • Meta, TikTok, Google, Snap, Pinterest, Taboola, AppLovin and Reddit, in one batch.

  • A real Sheets launcher, naming and UTM governance, post-ID kept intact every time.

  • One flat price, whatever Meta does this month. No spend tier waiting at 105%.

02 · Two different jobs

One decides what to change. The other ships it.

These tools get compared because they both touch paid social. They solve opposite halves of the day. See both, in their own screens, and the difference is obvious.

Madgicx is your answer when

The bottleneck is "what do I test next?" You want daily account analysis, audience and creative recommendations, AI bidding, and one place to act on Meta in a few clicks. That is its core wedge, and it is a real one.

AdManage is your answer when

The bottleneck is throughput. You already know what to test and need it live, correctly named, socially-proofed and tagged, across multiple accounts and channels, without a media buyer losing a day to ads-manager clicks.

03 · Where Madgicx genuinely wins

Credit where it's due. Five things Madgicx does that we don't.

No honest comparison skips this. If three or more of these are your daily work, don't switch on our account. Keep paying Madgicx, and use this page to budget your next renewal.

04 · Don't concede Meta

Most of your budget is on Meta. So is our deepest launcher.

It's easy to assume the "AI ads platform" wins on Meta. On the launch job, it's the other way around. AdManage supports the full Meta surface at volume. Only Smartly is a bigger Meta launcher.

Post-ID preservation
Relaunch a winner with every like, comment and share still attached, including Spark partnership relationships.
Flexible & dynamic creative
Flexible ads, Dynamic Creative, carousels and collection, all from one launch, with up to 5 text and 5 headline variants per ad.
Partnership & Spark ads
Co-branded creator collabs with selectable attribution modes, plus organic-post boosts. Built in, not bolted on.
Catalog & lead-gen
Catalog, Advantage+ catalog and shop-catalog shopping ads with product sets, plus lead-gen instant forms.
AdManageEvery Meta format, full control
AdManage configuring a batch of Meta ads with formats, tracking specs and copy variations under manual control

The control difference: Madgicx's philosophy is to let the AI decide and optimize for you. Ours is the opposite: the human owns the creative, and the tool ships exactly what you specify. That's why we expose a full off-switch for Meta's Creative Enhancements, globally, per account, or per ad, so Meta's "helpful" defaults never quietly rewrite your work.

Madgicx's own docs note its launcher can analyze Advantage+ catalog and shopping campaigns but not create or duplicate them. On the launch job, AdManage is the more advanced Meta tool, and it leaves you in control.

05 · And it doesn't stop at Meta

Eight channels you launch to. Not eight channels you report on.

This is the cleanest line between the two. In Madgicx, Google, TikTok, GA4, Shopify and Klaviyo are data sources for reports. Its own help center says it does not offer Google ad management. With AdManage, every one of these is a launch surface.

06 · Pricing reality

One flat price you set. Or a tier the spend sets for you.

This is the part buyers don't feel until the invoice. AdManage prices on ad accounts, in plain GBP, and never moves with your Meta spend. Madgicx prices in spend bands, with the exact figure shown "inside the app."

Essential

You scale on the number of ad accounts, not on your ad spend. The £499 figure is the same when you spend $20k and when you spend $200k. There's a 30-day money-back guarantee on the way in.

AdManage: fixed, on ad accounts

  • Public GBP plans. You know the £499 figure on day one and on day 400.

  • No percentage of spend, no spend band, no auto-upgrade waiting at a threshold.

  • All eight channels and the full automation layer are inside the plan, not add-ons.

MadgicxSpend-banded · price in app
Madgicx's pricing page asking for a monthly ad-spend band, with Pro Complete and a Tracking Pro add-on
Pro Complete starts at $99 a month and climbs with your monthly Meta spend. Two ad accounts are included, then $9 per account. Tracking Pro is $49 a month on top. The exact tier price shows up inside the app.

The mechanics buyers don't see coming

Auto-upgrade at 105%

Once you hit 105% of your spend package, you're moved up to the next tier, and it sticks for the months after. The bill at month four can look nothing like month one.

Overages on the prepaid rate

Annual and quarterly plans aren't exempt. When you cross a spend limit, the overage is billed using the full monthly tier math, not the discounted rate you prepaid.

Downgrades need support

Spend drops don't move you back down on their own. To downgrade a tier you have to reach a support rep and ask, per Madgicx's own pricing guidance.

For a Meta-first brand whose spend grows slowly, the banded model can map fine to value. For an agency or in-house team with five-plus accounts and spend that swings with seasonal pushes, a flat £499 is far easier to forecast. A team spending $40k to $50k a month reported roughly $450 on Madgicx's tier, about the same as £499 In-house, but on AdManage that figure stays put while theirs keeps climbing.

07 · What reviewers say

The review picture is split. Both halves are real.

We're not going to call Madgicx a scam. Plenty of operators rate it highly for what it does. But the public record is genuinely divided, and the divide clusters around one thing: billing and trials.

The happy voice is real

G2 4.6Capterra 4.3

"Helped them structure campaigns around full-funnel performance, reduce guesswork, and allocate budget better."

Ben C., Director of Engineering · G2

"Helped triple ROAS within a month," with praise for the UX, audience creation and automation.

Andrew B., Ecommerce Manager · Capterra

The pattern in the good reviews: clarity, audience tooling, AI recommendations, and strong onboarding when you reach a success manager. We don't try to replace any of that.

Where it clusters: billing

Trustpilot 1.9

Canceled on the last day of the trial, was charged for a year, and didn't get the refund expected.

Youth Power · Trustpilot

The pricing page said "see price inside the app," and they ended up on a $799 plan without understanding the cost.

Nelson · Trustpilot

Trustpilot sits at 1.9 from 274 reviews, 45% one-star, with recurring themes of unexpected charges after trials, refund denials, and slow support. It's a pattern, not one angry outlier.

How to read the split: two things are true at once. Madgicx has a deep optimization product many reviewers love, and a trial-to-paid, spend-banded, per-account billing model that a meaningful number of public reviewers feel went badly. If you're still weighing Madgicx after this, the fair move is simple: connect only the ad accounts you need during the trial, set a calendar alarm 24 hours before day seven, and read the cancellation guide first. Subscription cancellation and removing the app from Meta are two separate steps.

If launch throughput is the bottleneck, switching in order

Move the launch surface. Keep Madgicx for optimization if you genuinely use it. This order saves rework.

  1. 1

Document your standards: naming, UTMs, default CTAs, post-ID rules, language tags.

  2. 2

Connect Meta first, verify a small pilot lands clean, then layer in the other channels.

  3. 3

Wire your media pipeline: Sheets, Drive, Dropbox, Frame.io, Box, Canva or Figma.

  4. 4

Lock global defaults with {{variable}} naming, set once per account.

  5. 5

Run a 50-ad pilot, check time-per-100 and error rate, then cancel Madgicx after, not before.

Questions, answered straight

Is AdManage a direct replacement for Madgicx?

Not feature for feature, and we won't pretend otherwise. Madgicx is an AI optimization and reporting suite with a Meta launcher attached. AdManage is a launch-ops engine with reporting attached. If your day is AI Marketer plus Audience Studio plus AI Bidding plus dashboards, we'll feel thinner. If your day is "launch 200 ads across three accounts and two platforms before EOD," we're the right shape.

Is AdManage as advanced as Madgicx on Meta?

On the launch job, more advanced. AdManage ships every Meta format at full fidelity: post-ID preservation, flexible and dynamic creative, carousels, collection, partnership and Spark ads, lead-gen forms, catalog and Advantage+ catalog. Only Smartly is a bigger Meta launcher. Madgicx is more advanced at the other job, deciding what to optimize once ads are live.

Does Madgicx charge a percentage of ad spend?

Not directly. The model is fixed plans banded by ad spend, plus $9 per extra ad account and add-ons like Tracking Pro at $49. The practical effect is similar: your bill grows as your spend grows, with an automatic move to the next tier at 105% of your limit. AdManage's plans are fixed regardless of spend, so the software cost stays put.

How much does Madgicx actually cost?

Pro Complete starts at $99 a month and scales with monthly Meta spend. Two ad accounts are included, then $9 per account, with Tracking Pro at $49. The public pricing page shows spend bands but tells you to see the exact tier price inside the app. Quarterly billing gets 8% off, annual gets 20%, and monthly users auto-upgrade once spend passes 105% of the tier.

Which channels can AdManage launch into?

Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, AppLovin/Axon, Snapchat, Pinterest, Taboola and Reddit. Eight channels, all as real launch surfaces. In Madgicx, Google, TikTok, GA4, Shopify and Klaviyo connect as reporting data sources, and its own help center says it does not offer Google ad management.

Why is Madgicx's Trustpilot score so low?

Madgicx is a real, mature company with a product many reviewers like. The Trustpilot picture is genuinely poor, 1.9 from 274 reviews with 45% one-star, and the recurring themes are billing, trial conversion, refunds and cancellation, not feature failures. G2 (4.6) and Capterra (4.3) are positive. Both pictures are true. Read the named billing reviews and connect the minimum number of accounts during a trial.

Can AdManage preserve Facebook post IDs and social proof?

Yes. AdManage launches from existing posts so likes, comments, shares and Spark partnership relationships stay attached, with post-ID as a first-class field, including in the Sheets pipeline. Madgicx supports post-ID preservation too. The difference is the workflow: ours is built to do it at volume.

Should I run both?

Plenty do. Madgicx for Meta optimization, audience insights, AI bidding and blended reporting; AdManage for bulk launch across Meta, TikTok, Google, Snap, Pinterest, AppLovin, Taboola and Reddit. If you're a Meta-only operator under ~100 ads a month, you probably don't need both. If you test at volume across channels and genuinely use Madgicx's brain, a two-tool stack is reasonable.

Know what to test? Then the bottleneck is shipping it.

If launching at volume across every channel, with a bill you can forecast, is the job, this isn't a close call. Start free, or watch the Sheets workflow run on a real campaign.
